Shelley helped me purchase my very first home this year after starting my journey over 3 years ago! I first began looking on my own during the pandemic housing craze and Shelley was referred to me as a trusted agent by my Mortgage Broker. Even before I decided to work with her, she took the time to meet with me more than once to understand my particular situation and walk me through the homebuying process. During the pandemic, however; I decided to take a break from the process due to personal reasons. Fast forward 3 years, I felt ready to try again and reapproached Shelley. She instantly picked up right where I left off as if it were yesterday and was able to help me buy my first home within just a month by pulling some strings last minute to win out over multiple offers! She was very warm and approachable, right from the beginning and always made herself available to answer any of my questions and offer tips of her own. She provided me with honest advice and I never felt pressured any step of the way. It was very reassuring, like having a trusted family friend in my corner supporting me and she never pushed or made me step beyond my means (helping me with what felt like a very daunting process before I started working with her). She also provided me with trusted referrals to all of the auxiliary services I was looking for along the way (e.g. lawyer, home inspector, handyman) to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible.
